About The Rim Golf Club (Payson, AZ)
Set amidst the 2.9 million acre Tonto National Forest at 5,000 feet of elevation is The Rim Golf Club. Located 90 minutes northeast of Scottsdale in Payson, Arizona this award winning championship layout is the hallmark of the legendary Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish design team. One of the most scenic golf courses I have ever played, excellant layout, fantastic staff, top notch range and practice area's. Clubhouse is spectacular. If you are staying in Scottsdale the drive up is very scenic and it is all highway. The Rim will always be on my play list when in Scottsdale.
