The hotel was fine - centrally located and had decent rooms. I am very disappointed in the fact that I was charged for my room, even though I presented a prepaid voucher to the staff at check in. When the charges were reversed, I still had to pay an additional $23.17 due to exchange rates - not pleased. When I checked out, I specifically asked if there were any charges, and the clerk at the desk indicated no.

The hotel location and accommodations were excellent as was the service. The hotel was within walking distance of many eating establishments and the location made it very easy to drive to the major routes. The hotel was very clean and overall a great venue. I would recommend this venue to everyone and will make it my location of choice for future visits. The whole golf package with accommodations and green fees were beyond my expectations. Great job.

The staff was excellent in meeting our needs. The hotel was in a great location. Within walking distance to some great restaurants and downtown Old Scottsdale. The rooms were clean and roomy. The complimentary breakfasts and afternoon buffets were excellent. Could not ask for anything better. Would definetly return.
