Kyla was magnificent. Although we did not get the room and view as requested, she managed to accommodate us the second day. Since we had a six day reservation, I wish the hotel would have made a better effort to accommodate our request for an upper room facing the golf course.

Embassy Suites Rocks! Happy Hour, Cooked to order (and quick) breakfast and a shuttle that drops you off & picks you up at any restaurant or lounge until 11pm at night. These are amenities that you dream about. Rich Race - Gary-Wheaton Travel. Oh, by the way, the outdoor pool overlooks the 2nd hole of the golf course!
