Managed by Troon Golf, Ocotillo Golf Resort adheres to the highest standards of course conditions, customer service, and amenities. It's a country club experience at one of the nation's finest daily-fee facilities. The landscape throughout the 27-hole Ted Robinson design is full of soothing rich greens and deep blues. Using many of his well-known trademarks, Robinson created a golfer's paradise with cascading waterfalls, palm trees, gently rolling fairways, and brightly colored flowerbeds. This superb facility is located only minutes from most of the Valley's prominent resorts and hotels via the newly opened 101 Price Freeway.

Too much water.........can find courses like this in Florida. Much prefer desert conditions. Course also showed signs of heavy play in common landing areas of the fairways and some greens had excessive ball marks.

A refreshing change for AZ. If you want something different come here although the course is slightly 'novelty'. Troon Golf standards of service though.

We played the 3 different 9's on the day, the Gold and the white in the morning, floowed by the Blue in the afternoon. The Blue 9 is definately the best. The course looked a little overplayed, some of the greens were a little patchy and unrepaired fairway divots were in eveidence around the course. However, if you are looking for a different desert golfing experienec, it might hust be the one for you, as water is in play on a number of holes. It has more of the feel of a Florida course and there are some very nice and interesting holes.

Nice course. Quite a change from the desert tracks. Most freindly staff I rememeber experiencing in long time. Only negative was that they had a earlier tournament run long, delaying us 45 minutes.

My only complaint with this beautiful course is the lack of yardage markers. They give you a complimentary yardage book, but all 4 players found it difficult to read and interpret. As a result of this the pace of play was slowed because every foursome is constantly checking their yardage books before every shot. The course is excellent, with many challenging holes and requires a variety of shots. I just wish they would put a GPS in the carts!
